Joe "Coach Joe" Rybacki (ASST. COACH)

Coach Joe's journey in wrestling began in 9th grade, a start that he often wishes would have came earlier.  Despite this, he is grateful for the experiences and lessons he gained during his high school and collegiate career.  He was fortunate to be part of  1995, 1996, and 1997 State Champion Wrestling Teams  for Grissom High School. He also had the opportunity to compete in High School Nationals. These early successes not only shaped his athletic career, but also instilled in him the values of perseverance, resilience and teamwork.

While attending Princeton University, he was a 4 year letterman for the Princeton Wrestling Team where he learned the importance of hard work, discipline and camaraderie. He formed lasting friendships with this teammates  and a deep appreciation for the sport that stays with him to this day. Coach Joe is extremely thankful for the lessons learned both on and off the mat where he strived to be his best self and continues to apply these principles in his life and coaches career.

Coach Joe is proud to give back to the sport that he loves as a coach with Tiger Youth for the past 3 years. His family is deeply involved in the sport, with 3 of his 5 kids already wrestling with TYWO set to join the team soon. Coach Joe's wonderful wife, Joanna, is a constant source of support for him and his children, encouraging them every step of the way. When not on the mat, their family enjoys spending time together at their farm in Lacey Springs, a place that provides a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle e of the wrestling season.
